I'm a people-focused UX researcher with over 12 years of experience turning research into strategy. I've built and led mixed-methods research teams, shaped product decisions across every stage of development, and worked across platforms — haptic, visual, voice, and gesture.
My work spans education, healthcare, integrity, and co-presence — including international research across NORAM, LATAM, and APAC, and experience working with protected populations including children. I have held researcher and research manager roles at Google, Meta, and Amazon. I hold a Masters from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, an MFA in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design, and an undergraduate degree in Anthropology.
